All returns must have a RGA number. A return goods authorization number can be obtained from our Customer Service Department. Please call 888-510-5100. All unauthorized returns are subject to an additional 15% processing fee and a $10 administrative charge.
All return shipping expenses are paid by the customer. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving RGA number.
All returns and exchanges must be in original packaging and received in new and resalable condition. All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Special order products such as items not found in our current catalog and/or stocked at our warehouse or made to order such as furniture, as well as putty and soft goods, are not returnable.
Sorry, because of health reasons, we are unable to accept returns on foot or hand products.
